The PAMS-2QCA system is designed for manual dispensing of low to medium viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesives, contact cements, thin solder masks, oils, lubricants, etc……

SYSTEM FEATURES -

  • Two-quart aluminum pressure pot for storage material. Reservoir can hold a one pound bottle of material for ease of material feed. A 50 psi regulator and gauge plus relief
    valve will be affixed to the lid of the reservoir.
  • 4 feet of Teflon material feed line from reservoir to dispense wand (longer lengths available).
  • Ergonomically designed wand with luer lock needle adapter for standard dispense needles. ALL material contact areas are either Teflon-impregnated or Teflon.

STANDARD ACCESSORIES -
 

  • Mounting brackets affixed to the bottom of the pressure pot.
  • TN-KIT, sample kit of Teflon needles (2 of each size).

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES -
 

  • Desiccant kit to provide clean dry air to the pressure pot when dispensing cyanoacrylate adhesives or moisture sensitive materials. (P/N 370-0010).
